"My Late Diagnosis And Why I Built Cuddlepuff"
I spent most of my life feeling like I had missed a memo everyone else received. Social cues, expectations, even just how to be in a room; it often felt like I was guessing. For years, I overcompensated, masked, and pushed through, until finally, late in adulthood, I received a diagnosis that changed everything: Autism, ADHD and HIP.
The moment of clarity that came with that diagnosis was powerful. But what followed was also frustrating: why did it take so long? Why did I have to reach a point of burnout before anyone listened; before I even listened to myself?
That's why I created Cuddlepuff. To make the journey toward self-understanding easier, softer, and more accessible for others who might be walking a similar path.
